Coming April 25, 2014: School Registration Now Open!
The third annual Dakota Digital Film Festival will take place Friday, April 25, 2014, at the Belle Mehus Auditorium in downtown Bismarck. Its mission is to support and encourage film-making and audio/video production in all forms by providing a venue for professionals in the industry and students to meet and show their work.
Registration is now open for the festival’s Day Session, which includes educational workshop presentations, lunch, and screenings of selected student films, and is provided at no charge to high school and college students and their teachers throughout the region if registered through their school by February 7, 2014.
The festival also has an Evening Session that will include screenings of award-winning short films and additional networking opportunities. The evening events are open to the public for a nominal ticket price. The festival is administered by Dakota Media Access and managed by a volunteer committee made up of member representatives from area schools and colleges, production companies, arts organizations, business associations and other areas.
