A variety of artists and arts organizations are featured on this captivating program designed to explore dance, music, visual and theater opportunities and talents in the Bismarck-Mandan area. Co-produced by Dakota West Arts Council, North Dakota Council on the Arts and Dakota Media Access.

Film Workshop Productions:
“Just Snowpiles” is a short film created during a 4-Day film workshop as part of an Art Venture Artist Residency Program sponsored by VSA of North Dakota. The entire production (script, acting, directing, cinematography, editing) was done by a group of young people from Bismarck under the artistic direction of James Kambeitz and Kory Schauer Hagler and Shane Reetz.
“Batteries Don’t Belong in the Garden” is a short film created during a 5-Day film workshop as part of an Art Venture Artist Residency Program sponsored by Dakota West Arts Council & VSA of North Dakota. The entire production (script, acting, directing, cinematography, editing) was done by a group of young people from Bismarck under the artistic direction of James Kambeitz and Angela Swiec Kambeitz.
