Bismarck Burleigh Public Health H1N1 Vaccination Clinic for Young Children, Pregnant Women and Caregivers of Infants Under 6 months–To Be Held Nov. 3, 12 – 6:00 pm

BISMARCK, N.D – In accordance with the CDC and ND Department of Health H1N1 vaccination recommendations, on Tuesday, Nov. 3, Bismarck Burleigh Public Health (BBPH) will vaccinate household contacts and/or caregivers of infants younger than 6 months of age (parents, siblings age 6 months to 18 years of age, and childcare providers). BBPH will continue to vaccinate pregnant women and children ages 6 months through 4 years old. Pregnant women and young children, particularly those with underlying chronic medical conditions, are at higher risk for severe illness and complications from the H1N1 virus.

· H1N1 Vaccination Clinic will begin at 12:00 p.m. and end at 6:00 p.m., at the BBPH facility, 500 E Front Ave., Bismarck.

· A limited number of vaccine doses are available and will be given until the supply is exhausted.

· There will be no charge for this service.

Please park only in designated areas signed for BBPH use. Please obey posted signs and be respectful of the parking designated for other businesses. Additional parking is available at the East end of the BBPH Parking Lot. Parking is also available for use across the street at the Civic Center Exhibit Hall, Parking Lot A on 5th Street.
