BISMARCK, N.D. – Bismarck Burleigh Public Health will hold a H1N1 Vaccination Clinic, Jan.21, 2:00 – 6:00 p.m., 500 East Front Avenue, Bismarck.

NOW OPEN TO EVERYONE
FLUMIST IS NOW AVAILABLE
There will be NO CHARGE for this service

Vaccination Priority Groups encouraged to get vaccinated:
• Pregnant Women and New Moms
• College students
• 2nd dose for children 9 years and under if it has been
28 days since 1st shot
• People ages 25-64 with chronic medical conditions

DO NOT PRESENT AT THE CLINIC IF YOU HAVE ANY
SYMPTOMS OF INFLUENZA

• Please wear short sleeves
• Please obey posted parking signs
