Memorial Highway Corridor Study Input & Info Session – March 11, 2010

The third in a series of information and input sessions on the Memorial Highway Corridor Study is scheduled for March 11 at Prairie West Golf Course Club House, 2709 Longspur Trail.

Engineering, land use and design consultants will be available all day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for a workshop to receive input. Business owners are invited to stop in at any time to explore how various alternatives might affect their property.

A formal reporting session will be held at 6 p.m. to include proposed roadway alternatives and results of an on-line survey.

Whether Memorial Highway is reconstructed will depend on federal, state and local funding sources. The corridor study is being commissioned by the Metropolitan Planning Organization and City of Mandan as a precursor to determining project costs and engineering.
