Bismarck Employee After Work Wellness Event for Women May 12 , 2010

BISMARCK, N.D. – The women employees of the City of Bismarck, Burleigh County and Bismarck Parks and Recreation District will celebrate National Women’s Health Week by learning about wellness tips from speakers and vendors on Wednesday, May 12 from 4:00 -7:00 p.m. at the Bismarck Civic Center Exhibition Hall.

The After Work Wellness for Women event is made possible through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Women’s Health and Bismarck Burleigh Public Health.

Attendees will have the opportunity to browse through health related vendor booths, learn about outdoor health and wellness activities from Nancy Boldt of N.D. Game and Fish and attend mini- workshops on crock pot cooking or square foot gardening.
